Seeking an experienced Dialysis for a full time position in our Central Modesto Center. WHAT YOU WILL DOAs a Staff Nurse RN you will actively participate in professional role development activities, including continuing education, quality assessment and improvement, and the review and clinical application of research findings. The Staff Nurse RN develops ethically sound practice and confronts ethical challenges through the application of the Nephrology Nursing Standards of Practice and the state Scope of Practices. You will become a subject-matter expert and have a wide range of opportunities for career advancement. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSExperience: One (1) year of registered nurse experience. Minimum 3 months (California & Tennessee) or 6 months (Texas) of experience as a Nephrology Nurse with dialysis experience required; a combination of in-center, and/ or acute, hemodialysis required Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent License/Certification: Current, active, unencumbered state RN licensure Current Healthcare Provider certification (CPR) required Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Competent and in-depth knowledge regarding the use of Electronic Health Records Ability to organize, prioritize and complete projects independently Requirements: The compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, work experience, competencies, and skills, and may fall outside of the range shown.Compensation: $42.14 – $51.62 (Overtime paid after 8 hrs) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $42.14 – $51.62 per hour Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Referral program Tuition reimbursement Medical specialties: Dialysis Physical setting: Clinic Outpatient Work Location: In person
